I wanted to announce a predatory lending and foreclose prevention seminar that will be help on November 1, 2007 at the Corona-Norco Association of Realtors in Southern California.

The free seminar will be hosted by mortgage law attorneys, Nathan Fransen, Esq., Paul Molinaro, Esq. and myself.

This will be a unique seminar because of the unique angles we use in identifying predatory lending as a defense to fight foreclosures and also a battle plan specifically designed by the three of us that will minimize loss to the homeowner. From saving your home, short sales, deed in lieu of foreclosure, saving your credit and also possible relocation if the event of a foreclosure.
