We are seeking a maximum of three buying parties who are willing to build a relationship to obtain access to these projects on a repeat basis. Proof of funds and LOI's alone do not warrant a successful deal. Confidential information or financial cannot be distributed unless we have direct contact to buyers. Fees will normally be paid by the buyer but net agreements can be set up in some situations. No intermediary parties will be permitted.
