Florida Firms Form Golson Felberbaum PLLC

Golson Law Firm and Felberbaum Law Group LLC have announced the formation of Golson Felberbaum PLLC. The firms said the union positions them “to take mortgage default loss mitigation and foreclosure in a new direction in a new era, with new vision.”
Golson Felberbaum PLLC is a merger of two statewide Florida law firms that have focused their practices on real property law for over 30 years. The new organization also houses a full-service title insurance company, Resource Title Company Inc., with a seasoned staff to handle the requirements of foreclosure and REO departments.
“Current times require streamlined, state-of-the-art systems that focus on status and full communication with our lender and servicer clients throughout the life of each case, whether it is a contested foreclosure or a simple Deed in Lieu,” the companies said in a joint statement. The new firm's team of seasoned professionals, attorneys, and paralegals are stand by that client commitment, they said.
Golson Felberbaum PLLC will maintain its primary offices in Clearwater and Boca Raton, Florida.
