Headquartered in the Mesa, Arizona, Freedom Foreclosure Prevention Services is a debt free National Loss Mitigation Company. Our highest priority is to keep homeowners in their homes utilizing multiple Loss Mitigation techniques and specialized programs. Each consultant must complete our Loss Mitigation Certification program to insure the highest standards in our industry.

We employ superior loss mitigation techniques and strategies, specializing in assisting homeowners by stopping the foreclosure process and negotiating a settlement with the lender or investor. Management Team

Mr. Jeff Segal, President / CEO

Mr. Segal has a broad background in strategic planning, sales, marketing, computer science, and financing. Jeff has over 10 years in Computer Operations Management and over 13 years experience in the Direct Sales Industry. Jeff's expertise lies in developing company infrastructure, administration, and developing sales and marketing strategies. Mr. Segal is responsible for the overall strategic operations of FFPS.

Jeff joined the Air Force at an early age, where he served honorably. After the military, with the educational equivalency of a BA in Computer Science, he accepted a position as Director of Computer Operations for a large financial institution, responsible for the overseeing of Critical Processing for over 1000 branches nationwide. After four years, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) hired Jeff, where he managed the National Airspace System (NAS), including 20 software systems responsible for processing sensitive data for the Air Traffic Control System in 7 States in the Southeast Region.

Joining the ranks of many, Mr. Segal left Corporate America and entered the Direct Sales and Home-Business arena. He has held the title of National Marketing Director, National Training Director and National Conference Host. Jeff was a key member of several Corporate Leadership Councils and Advisory Boards, consulting with the CEO's and management staff on improvements to their companies. He has been a top sales leader and consistent six-figure earner in the Home-Business Industry and has built and managed large sales organizations nationwide.

Renae Gorney / Director of Loss Mitigation

Ms. Gorney has a diverse background with comprehensive experience in sales, marketing, and the real estate industry for over thirty two years. Renae has over twelve years in the real estate industry and twenty years in sales and marketing. She is the Director of Loss Mitigation and is responsible for overseeing her staff, customer support and lender relations. Renae is also the National Training Director for FFPS, specializing in all areas of Loss Mitigation, Customer Relations and Support.

Renae has owned and operated several corporations over the years obtaining skills including finance, sales, employee management and marketing. Having acquired accounts with many Fortune 500 companies, Renae was voted Business Woman of the Year by the local Chamber of Commerce in 1988.

In 1994, Renae moved from California to Oklahoma and became a realtor. Her skills in advertising, promotion and customer service earned her top awards from the beginning. Recognizing that this broad market is more than just home sales, Renae also worked in Loss Mitigation Sales, and trained in mediation for several years. She also trained with some of the nations top investors putting together millions of dollars of foreclosure bailouts

Jim Hutchinson, Project Manager / Webmaster

 

Mr. Hutchinson has over 26 years of hands-on experience in computer hardware and software integration, web design and development. His responsibilities are: developing the company's online systems; website design; database administration; adding features and functionality to the websites; and building the back end.

His experience includes Windows Server and Linux Server management, computer repair, supervisory and project management, group training for Unisys, a Fortune 500 corporation. While managing a successful web hosting company for 5 years, he won the 1998 'Best of the Planet' Peoples Choice Award for website design. Jim has been a self-employed entrepreneur since 1990. He is a published author of business articles, and an award-winning poet!
